+ Good price for being a Michelin restaurant with a couple of fun, good tasting and creative dishes. Fun idea to have a spirits pairing.

- Nothing really stands out or truly tastes amazing. Boring desert and some dishes felt below Michelin standard. The service seemed inexperienced and they had a hard time speaking english.

Price we paid 100 euros per person for the food, 80 euros for spirits or wine pairing.

A budget-friendly Michelin restaurant and at the time the only Michelin restaurant in Poland. However, there are a lot of compromises. We experienced the service to be inexperienced and unaccustomed to English. The restaurant itself felt neither cozy nor elegant, just like a normal upper-class restaurant. The most important part, the food. None of the dishes were amazing, which all of them or most of them should be. Three of the dishes were really disappointing; the sloppy sorbet dessert, the strawberry and flower dish and the raspberry flower dish. The rest were at times creative but not tasty enough to be memorable or just a normal nothing-to-it okay tasting dish without finesse.

Favourite dish

Lamb/ Milk/ Camomile. Creative and good tasting dish. Fatty good flavors.

Worst dish

Wild strawberry/ Nasturtium/ Wood sorrel. It did not look very appetizing and it was unfortunately an unbalanced dish with far too much acidity. An excellent example of fine dining gone wrong. Throwing flowers and strawberries on a plate without hitting the right tastets is just not good enough.

Summary

The service staff seemed inexperienced. The venue had no finesse. The food did not hold the quality that one should be able to expect. Too many unbalanced dishes. Very boring dessert.
